Auckland Council’s Community Facilities division is undertaking a package of works to renew several residential walkways in the North Omaha area. The first part of these works involves the renewal of sections of the following walkways:
• Ida Way
• Rita Way
• Excelsior Way
• Lagoon Way
• Success Court
• Dungarvon Place
• Dornie Place
• Blue Bell Parade
Wayfinding bollards will also be installed in certain areas to provide safe footpaths with clear and consistent wayfinding information.
The process to award these works is under way with the expectation that work will start before the end of April 2019 and be completed by the end of May 2019.
