We are delighted to be able to advise that, on Thursday, 16May19, the Rodney Local Board Parks and Recreation Committee granted the Omaha Beach Community Inc. (‘OBC’) a new community lease to the OBC.
This is an excellent outcome, and the culmination of a considerable amount of work, over the last few years – particularly by our President, Chris Allan – and working closely with the Omaha Beach Golf Club Inc.
The Lease term is 10 years, commencing 1 June 2019; with two 10 year rights of renewal (similar terms apply to the now approved Omaha Beach Golf Club Inc. Lease).
