We continue to have issues around the community with rubbish bags being left out early, being attacked by birds and a large mess resulting.
This particular bag was hung on a post on the corner of Paeroa Cr and Tio Lane sometime before Wed, 22nd April but the collection is not until Tue 28th April!
The seagulls have already had a go at it and the owner of the bag has tried to tape it up.
To the owner concerned – please retrieve your bag and get a Northland Waste bin instead!
