Good afternoon, everyone – Auckland Council is sponsoring a planting day on Sunday 5 July.
The planting area will be off Mangatawhiri Rd, along the pathway towards the quarry steps where the water tanks are located.
There are 500 native seedlings to be planted. The plants will all be placed for us and all we have to do is dig them in.
OBC would really appreciate it if you could spare an hour of your time to get the job done. Children are welcome! 🙂

Bring a spade if you have one but Council will also have spades available
Gumboots are recommended
