Hi, all – initially, we thought that Council may send TreeScape around Omaha to deal with all the damaged Council trees along roadways, etc in one hit but, perhaps understandably given the sheer volume of issues around the wider Auckland area, that doesn’t now look likely.
So, if you have damaged Council trees or dropped branches, etc outside your property, please report them directly to Council on 09 301 0101 or at https://www.aucklandcouncil.govt.nz/…/report-a-problem…
In general, we will need to remain patient for this work to be done but, if there is a safety issue (for example, the tree in Broadlands Drive that has fallen across the footpath), then you can report it as a health and safety issue and Council should follow up urgently.
