Hi, everyone – many of you will have seen the significant damage done to our Omaha dunes by the cyclone. There is now a cliff up to 2 metres high in places right along the beachfront.
Please take care around these new cliff faces. They are unstable and could cause serious injury, particularly if they fall on small children.
The dunes will repair themselves over time (as they always do) but in the meantime please look after them and yourselves.
